Take this position and bring your knees to your chest.
Keep your legs up, put your hands together and touch the ground on each side. It’s good for your balance too.
Take this position and try to touch your heels. Right-left-right-left
Single knee raise crunch
One arm a time, touching each knee. Do not touch the ground
Put your legs together and turn them to each side.
Over time you’re going to touch the ground with your legs. You just need practice. Use your arms for support (as in the picture)
squeeze those abs and BREATHE!!
When you finish start all over again. Otherwise you won’t have the 6 pack you want!
