My healthy and power breakfast

Here are some breakfast ideas which I weekly eat and I make different combinations in order not to get bored. I need to change my breakfast options very often because I feel that my body needs it.

  • Dried_Figs

 

ruskSome dried frigs(1st picture), with a glass of milk or hot chocolate and add a big rye rusk to your first breakfast meal. I drink every single day a glass of milk.

 

  • lemon_water

sandwichA glass of water and lemon (80% water) (20% lemon) , and a sandwich made of black bread, cheese, ham slices, lettuce, (and tomato if you want to make it more healthy, or everything else you want)

  • honey

2 spoons of honey, some almonds and a glass of milk. If you are hungry enough you can add a boiled egg, a fruit or both.

Scrambled or fried eggs, a glass of milk where you can put 1/2 teaspoon of coffee to change the taste of milk.

  •  

raisins

You can only eat raisins with a cup ofcoffee and you will be very happy trust me! It’s a very healthy breakfast and it keeps me powerful for 4 hours (it depends) .

Milk with cornflakes is the simplest of all and it can be a good option if you are in a hurry!

Don’t forget that: a full breakfast meal is very important for everyone despite the differences of each human being. Also, breakfast is the most important meal of the day and it can help you lose weight if you choose the right ones.
